After long years of almost daily practice, Lu went to the source of yoga, in Rishikesh, India, to train in Hatha, the traditional yoga.
Diplômée par YOGA ALLIANCE, elle s’est donné pour mission de vous transmettre le bien être et la sérénité dans l’esprit et le corps, grâce au yoga, à la méditation et à une hygiène de vie adaptée.
Her practices are above all benevolent, fluid, sometimes dynamic, sometimes very serene, but above all, in listening and respecting the body, in order to take you towards an integral well-being.
Cours privé : 35 €
Cours en groupe (max. 10 personnes) : 17 €
Lessons given in the hotel garden in the quiet of the shopping street and above all surrounded by nature.
All equipment is provided on site.
